Manage your participants

Invite new trianees: 


1. Invite new trainees to your session by clicking the Invite people button under the People tab.



2. Enter their email address individually (separated by comma) and click Invite attendees



3. Personalize and edit this email invitation by clicking Edit invite email
4. You can edit the subject and the content for the email. Specify the email address that you want your recipients to reply to in the Reply to textbox. 
5. Click Save to preview the email in the right pane.



Your invited trainees can Accept or Reject your invite. Once they accept, they will be directed to the Session Registration page

View invited trainees:  


Once you invite your trainees, you can see the status of each invitation under the Status tab. This tab shows if the invitation has been delivered and if they have registered for your session. If you wish to resend the invitation, click on the Resend invitation link. 


 
To cancel an invitation before your trainees register for your session by clicking on the Delete icon. You can also search for any specific invitee in the Invitees list. Click the Search band and enter the required name.

View Registrant list: 

 
View the list of your registered participants by clicking the Registrants tab. You can filter your registrants based on their status as allowed/invited/denied trainees. You can also search for any registrant in the Registrants list. Click the Search bar and enter the required name.


 
You will be able to receive significant data like -clicked, opened and bounced data and further the individual status of each email sent by you from Showtime.


Allow/Deny registrants for your session: 


In the Registrants tab, you can allow or deny your trainees access to your session. Simply check or uncheck the Allow/Deny checkbox. If you deny access to a trainee after they register, they will not be able to access the session, and will see the message "The presenter has rejected your registration" in the session page.
 
The status of your trainees can be viewed under the Status column. The Source column shows the web page from which each registrant has registered for your session. (eg. session join link/ your site/blog etc.). 

Copy Session Details:


If you wish to copy and paste the session details to your mail box to invite your trainees personally, click on Copy Session details to copy the session details like session name, date and time, description, URL link etc.



Export details of trainees


You can export the details of your registrants and attendees by clicking on the Export as xlsx option in the top right corner. All the participant details in the registration fields will exported as a sheet file.
